I'm looking at adapting the encounter one for another ministry I'm involved in as well. We built our entire church site in Wordpress.

Lots of churches don't have people with much technical know how and I don't think many people realise how easy it is to set up a site on WordPress.com. There are many better designed sites around, and I don't like the Andreas theme all that much, but you've put it to good use. It's also great to see pictures of people and not buildings on your home page!
