Creative Open Source:– Images

Jan 31st, 2008 by Tim | 0

A while ago I reviewed a number of online sources of royalty-free images. While most of these permit you to use images created by others, being certain of what rights you have to reuse and redistribute is not that clear and you nearly always need to contact the originator before you use the image for [...]

Transfiguration revisited

Jan 29th, 2008 by Tim | 0

Matthew’s version of the transfiguration (Matthew 17:1-13) like the other gospels has Peter exhibiting his usual purpose-driven self, trying to suggest a programme of tent building when confronted with the glory of God. Jan 15th, 2008 by Tim | 0

Thanks to Haltadefinizione you can now view Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper better than you could if you went to see it yourself at Milan’s Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. Scanned at 16 million pixels and using 1277 shots, it is really quite impressive.
