Keep on running…
I have fought well. I have finished the race, and I have been faithful.
Not had much time for the blog over the last few weeks, so perhaps this should be keep on blogging. All the best blogs seem to be written by folk who are disciplined and would probably make good marathon runners. So for another Text Picture, I scrambled together on my computer while thinking about a sermon for Sunday – something that does need finishing!
I have to admit to not being a natural finisher. My computer in particular is stuffed full of unfinished projects – the next WordPress just waiting for a few more lines of code (I wish!). Anyway, this week’s reading in 2 Tim 4 is not about blogging, it is about living faithfully. At the end of the day what is that God requires of us? – to be steadfast?
