Plenty of comments recieved from first release of this plugin for WordPress. So here is version 0.2.
New Features
- All configuration now done through Options menu
- Table prefix and url configurable
- Sidebar function also now configured through options menu

I like your simple plugin and I use it on my blog. Since I’m using widgets I managed to create a widget for your plugin to get random plogger images into sidebar. Are you interested?
This plugin is exactly what I’m looking for! A question: will this plugin work if my plogger install and wordpress install are in two different DB’s?

Sorry, the plugin requires plogger to be in the same DB. It is much easier to code that way and needs less config. Extra DBs also often carry extra premiums from hosts.

I’ve tried your plugin and I’ve just encountered the problem with different DB. Is it so much problematic to make it work if plogger and WP are in two different DB installed? You can take data form plog-config.php and connect to proper database.
It would be nice if it could work that way. But still THANKS a lot for your job.
Well, I know it isn’t difficult but it all just takes time! I will think about doing it for a future release.
Check out version 0.3 in projects. This doesn’t deal with different db issue yet. But there are loads more options.
